Posted: 9 AprilGood and funny game. Nothing is reinvented from the first one but is really taken to a higher level.
Many places are really challenging but often times optional for people not up for it.However, this sequel still is lacking when playing in coop which is mostly due to the fact that some levels spawned beyond a fixed camera view which means that the moving camera means that if the player one is better than player two, he will leave his buddy behind as player 2 will be forced not to play. In the same branch, if player two is better than player one, frustration will ensue as the camera will be on the player one and not allow him to move at his place.Tldr: Good game but not the best coop game around. Posted: 9 AprilI really tried to like this game, but I'm pretty sure it's my faultAfter playing the first one I jumped right into this one waiting the small familiarity of it (the feeling of small mexican towns, the simple but charming scenarios, the colors, the music, the folklore.) but for this instance the creators decided to go big, REALLY bigEverything from the history to the locations to the bosses.

It's all bigger but that doesn't mean it's better. Some parts feel like a complete chore because you have to walk MILES while stopping to plow enemies, the story just goes out of the rails, the main boss is SUPER forgettable, you have 90% of the same movements of the first game with no variation.
It honestly fell like a cashgrab. It had some good things tho: EVERYTHING regarding the pollo was great, from the new techniques to the temples to the whole lore of the chosen one. The challenges are really tough but fair and you know they're beatable if you really hone your skills and, like last time, the gags, references and memes are great (such a pity to anyone that feels that this is bad). All in all, I'm sad this seems to be the last game from this saga. If it would've gone in a more folklore route (there's Mayan, Olmec, Incan, Aztec and many other cultures to look from) and keep it not that big I think it would've been better.
However if the developers are happy with the results good for them; i just wasn't in their demographics.
